Dublin Core is now incorporated in eXe for SCORM and IMS content package exports. Need to include in Web Export. Could also think about adding a subset of IEEE LOM. BrentSimpson

metadata in imsmanifest.xml - perhaps we can remove all metadata from inside the imsmanifest.xml document and just reference an external document.
