 * Complete (contains sufficient detail)
 * Correct (error free, needs to be reviewed)
 * Feasible 
 * Necesary 
 * Prioritized
 * Unambiguous (single interpretation, can't be argued)
 * Verifiable (testable)
 * Consistent (doesn't clash with any other requiremnt)
 * Traceable (can be identified)
